A unique and historic full service photography studio, production sound stage, & private event space in Silver Lake, serving as creative home to the Los Angeles cultural renaissance for the last 100 years.
Stage 1, a 5,000 sq ft soundproofed soundstage, with a 60' clear span, 100 foot length and 23 feet to the catwalks and adjustable lighting grids, is a fast and easy rig. It has ample power, a 100' U shaped cyclorama, and accommodates cars.
The studio rental facility has it's own separate support facilities: bathrooms, kitchens, dressing, hair / make-up areas and lounges.
In addition to studio rentals, scenic backdrops, risers and plenty of space for any necessary onsite construction. The 12,000 foot basement offers endless possibilities.

We have a wide array of Production Supplies, G&E, Lighting and Multimedia Equipment in house. We have also built relationships with a number of vendors and can get you anything you need to have a successful production shoot or event.
The cancellation timeframe for Production/Shoots is at least four (4) business days prior to scheduled Start/Load-In time and must be made and confirmed in writing with a stage representative of Licensor.
A non-refundable 50% of License Fee deposited on account to confirm the production/shoot may be used toward a rescheduled shoot at the License Location during the course of six (6) months from the date of cancellation notification.
If cancellation is made within four business (4) days of the
Start/Load-In time, fifty percent (50%) of the total License Fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
