Our creative 1,700 sq ft space is located on the edge of the vibrant area of Williamsburg. It is ideal for Photoshoots, Video Production, and Showrooms.
The studio has an open plan and a welcoming feel. Large windows fill the room with natural light and the high ceilings and wooden floors create a bright and airy atmosphere. With extensive facilities including a furniture room, a large corner cyc wall and a private bathroom, this space is well-equipped to host creative projects.
Our studio is inside an amazing prop rental house with vintage furniture and an array of themed props. The space is located in an old warehouse in Williamsburg and is easily accessible by road or the L train. Freight elevator available.
PLEASE NOTE: This booking is for the studio space including all props INSIDE the studio (as seen in the pictures). The studio consists of 2 rooms, 1 furniture/ prop room and 1 production room with a large corner cyc wall and a private bathroom. All props inside the studio space are included in the booking.
EVERYTHING OUTSIDE - All other spaces of the building, the hallway, freight elevator, staircase, rooftop, backyard and more rooms filled with furniture are rented out by the building owner for ADDITIONAL RATES. Please let us know beforehand if you’re planning to book any of the other spaces and we can provide personalized rates and deals.
