Do you have a photo or video shoot coming up and you’re looking for a perfect space to rent? Our space has all your photo and video needs. With a commercial grade kitchen, client work space, and natural light studio, we have everything you need! All windows are equipped with ‘scrim-type’ shades that are easy pull-up and pull-down for light control. The kitchen is equipped with an 8 burner commercial range and griddle, gas and electric ovens, nugget ice maker, farm and bar sink, extra fridge and freezer (extra fee for using these) in the garage, as well as ample open space for props and foods that need brought in. Anything you’re shooting can be wirelessly transmitted to the television in the client area so everyone can see what you’re shooting live. The couch is equipped with both USB ports and outlets for charging of laptops and phones. Dining room provides ample table space as well for conferences and work space. Extra outlets have been added in every room for camera and video gear. A top of the line WiFi system makes wireless access easy for client uploads, video, and phone calls. The studio is equipped with many assorted backgrounds as well as a great collection of props. We have everything from antique ice cream scoops to modern cake stands. All available for use! The upstairs is also available for rent which includes a master bathroom with jetted tub as well as walk in shower and duel sink vanity. Great for soap and beauty ads! Each shower wall has different tile to make it look like you’re shooting in separate spaces (but they look great together too)! There is also a gym and office located on the top floor that can also be rented out! You have access to all our props and custom made backgrounds as well!
